Chelmsford Garden Community Council is a new Parish Council created on 1 April 2023. The council will eventually cover around 10,000 homes including those already existing in Beaulieu and Channels.
Our newly renovated workshop is based in our Emmaus Works store and is a space for creativity and sustainability. All proceeds go towards supporting people out of homelessness.
