The Exceptional Hardship Fund (EHF) offers short-term help with your Council Tax bill if you are struggling to pay the monthly instalments.

The Cold Weather Payment scheme runs from 1 November – 31 march and will provide a payment of £25 for each 7-day period of very cold weather.
