Tickers Cardiac Rehabilitation Group

Tickers Cardiac Support Group is a non-profit organisation based in Writtle, near Chelmsford. We provide physical exercise classes to people recovering from heart attacks or suffering from cardiac problems. Clients are generally referred to us via Broomfield Hospital and local GPs to achieve the health benefits of exercise, which we deliver as group exercise classes supervised by instructors qualified with the British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation.We are based at the Writtle Sports & Social Club Hall in Paradise Road, Writtle, Chelmsford CM1 3HW. We are affiliated to the British Heart Foundation.
