Supporting Carers and Families Together offers free support services to young carers, predominately across Rochford District and surrounding areas.
Our services to Young Carers (aged 6-18) include evening respite youth groups and individual support through schools, as well as days out and other one off projects/activities. The group evenings are run at two locations, one in Rochford and one in Rayleigh and are divided by school ages into Primary and Secondary. Each group meets fortnightly and runs just like most other youth groups with a range of sports, games and creative activities available, as well as support and advice.
