Welcome to the Clacton on Sea Branch of The Royal British Legion
The Royal British Legion is the UK’s leading Armed Forces charity and one of its largest membership organisations. Members get together through the network of branches and clubs all over the country and overseas to participate in social, fundraising and welfare activities.
Branch meeting information
Location: Comrades Club, Old Road, Clacton-on-Sea.
Meeting schedule: The first Tuesday of every month.
Time: Doors open at 7:00 p.m., with the meeting starting at 7:30 p.m..
Transport: A minibus is available for members who need a lift to the meetings, with seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to get involved
Join the branch: You can become a member to participate in meetings, social gatherings, fundraising, and welfare activities. You do not need to have served in the armed forces to join.
Follow on social media: The Royal British Legion Clacton on Sea Essex Facebook group is regularly updated with news and event announcements.
Attend public services: The branch is heavily involved in local Remembrance events, which are open to the public
