Harlow Cycle Recycle – Free cycle recycling scheme for families, adults and children to include families in the refuge (safer places) low income famiies, individuals who may be struggling financially, on means tested benefits or / and who may struggle to afford a cycle.
We are growing this to include cycle maintenance, cycle training and confidence

Mindful Nordic walk by Roots to Wellbeing
In the beautiful Parndon Wood Nature Reserve and for those wanting a more mindful walk – wanting to try something for you and benefit from nature.
The first session is free, then it’s a donation of £4 (£3 for concessions) weekly.
They cover 1.5-2.5 miles and practice tai chi/breath work and grounding.
