Support group for Carers.
We aim to support those who support others with their mental health, whether family members or friends. These people often don’t know how to support their loved one, friend or sibling and find the situation they’re facing very confusing. As well as supporting people who support others, and helping them support each other, we have started a creative writing group for people with lived experience of mental illness. This gives members the opportunity to express themselves in a way they might not have been able to before.
