Essex Lifestyle Service have launched a Facebook group in order to offer information and support for people with COPD that live in North East Essex.
The Facebook group has been setup to replace their usual Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Health Coaching Service during the Coronavirus outbreak.
