MyOTAS – My Own Time And Space is a registered charity, based in Essex. We are passionate about supporting autistic and other neurodivergent children and young people to build their self-esteem, learn to advocate for themselves and receive the adjustments they need to feel safe, respected and valued. We provide direct support and sign-posting for families, activities tailored to the sensory needs of children/teens and we promote inclusion within the wider community by raising awareness of neurodiversity; it’s challenges and strengths.
