Community in a Cup is a monthly, drop-in information hub on the last Tuesday of the month 10am-12pm at Maldon United Reformed Church.
It is a joint project between Longfield Medical Centre and Maldon United Reformed Church (URC) offering help, information, fun and relaxing craft activities, free refreshments, a warm welcome and a listening ear.
There is specialist help and advice available from organisations including Alzheimer’s Society, United in Kind, Ace Music Therapy, Tesco, Community Agents, Essex County Fire & Rescue, Action for Family Carers, Parkinson’s, MacMillan, and U3A.
