Ideas Hub Chelmsford

Ideas Hub Chelmsford is a community creative space. Its objective is the wellbeing of Chelmsford residents (includes Chelmsford & parishes).

The Ideas Hub provides:

1. a community space which main focus is to support Good Mental Health (prevention and recovery):  drop in daily creative workshops (donations only). Some are tailored especially to BAME & LGBTQ++ communities + Meet up Mondays + ‘crisis’ cafe with 1:1 support (listening/ signposting) + face to face befriending: 1:1 or small group + free legal service on Mondays 10am-1pm + space support for couple with one of the partners living with dementia – in partnership with Other Halves + space support for Ladies of South Asian Background – in partnership with EMAN + Projects: using creativity to come to term with a challenge- in partnership with other organisations eg MacMillan + tailored volunteering
2. An Arts & Crafts & Gallery outlet offering local and handmade gifts and art                                                                – gallery                                                                                                                                                                                                  – arts & crafts goods                                                                                                                                                                            -BAME women entrepreneur empowerment scheme (in development)
3. 4.
