• Emergency Food Packs – providing a few days of food to help those who find themselves in crisis for whatever reason. The main supply of this food comes from churches, schools, individuals and other organisations. These food packs are supplied via referring agencies who are aware of the need. The key workers are then responsible to collect the food on behalf of the recipient.
• Surplus Food – we collect daily surplus food from supermarkets and other outlets and then many charities in the area come and collect this food from us so that they can use it help those that they serve. These charities include residential homes, homeless support homes, community projects, meals for the elderly among others.

How can you get involved? – We have opportunities for volunteers to get involved in the Food Hub covering tasks like food sorting, labelling and storing and food collections, sorting and storing.

We are always grateful for the provision of non-perishable food to be used in the Emergency Food Packs.
