Heart of Pitsea is a 10-year local community project dedicated to everyone who lives, works or is educated within the defined Heart of Pitsea boundaries.
We run weekly projects, which are all free to anyone who lives, works or is educated within the defined Heart of Pitsea boundaries. These including ‘Incredible Edible’ gardening group, Youth Clubs for youngsters aged from 5-17 years of age and ‘Community Connect’, a social get together for adult community members.
An amazing group of young people take part in our Youth Forum and they decide how to spend their own budget, which funds activities for young people, including regular, free activity sessions for children at Pitsea Library.
Throughout the year we also host quiz nights, health awareness events, seasonal holiday fun days and our annual community Christmas event, all in and around Pitsea.
