Harlow Recovery Café is a clean and sober recovery space for people who are in recovery from drugs and or alcohol. We meet every Wednesday at 10:30am to 12:30pm inside the Playhouse Theatre in Harlow.
We have fun activities, workshops and guest speakers attending from time to time. It may be a place you like to just come for a cup of tea and chat to other people who are in recovery.
We are part of a wider charity which is Essex Recovery Foundation. We would love to tell you more at the Harlow Recovery Café.
Outside of the café we run a varied programme of activities, from meditation, a cooking programme to physical activity.
We would love you to share you ideas around how you feel recovery can look and learn about what interests you have.
