Forget Me Not Memory Cafés are based in Basildon & Billericay. We provide a range of stimulating cognitive & light physical activities to those diagnosed with on-set to mild dementia & their carers. However, we do accept those with other memory problems (relating to a stroke, Parkinsons, depression & loneliness, isolation) etc.
