Offers mutual support and practical information in a positive, friendly and confidential group setting.
We are a self-help group for anyone who is affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use. The group was set up with the aim of providing mutual support and information to families, friends and carers of people with drink or drug problems. We also hope to act as a channel for people to contribute their views about what works and what doesn’t, so that services can be improved.
We are based in West Essex, covering the towns of Harlow, Epping, Loughton and Saffron Walden and the surrounding villages. We meet at ADAS, 118-124 The Stow, Harlow CM20 3AS, usually twice a month at 6.30 pm on Monday evenings.
