WHO WE ARE
Evolve Intervention are an award-winning intervention service based in Essex, Southend and Thurrock. Our professionals are highly experienced practitioners with backgrounds in education, SEND, behaviour management, social care, child and adolescent mental health and multi-agency working.
​HOW WE CAN HELP
We provide early intervention to children, young people and families through mentoring, coaching, group work and tuition. We can also support professionals through our training and consultancy service. ​
WHO CAN ACCESS OUR SUPPORT
We offer in-person or online support to children and young people of all ages living in Essex and parts of London. For those outside of these areas, we can offer online intervention services. Our service can work with schools, professional settings or individuals. Parents can also refer to us directly.
SERVICES
Evolve Intervention practitioners build positive, effective relationships in all aspects of intervention. We support children, young people, and families, to build their own resilience and skill-set to overcome whatever obstacle they are facing. We are able to adapt our approach to suit the needs of those we are working with and personalise our mentoring, coaching, group work, and tuition to achieve the best outcomes. We are also able to support professionals and parents through our training, resources and consultancy.
