Dementia specialists
As a Gold Accredited dementia support provider, our day centres employ best practice and use the latest techniques to support health and wellbeing for those living with dementia.
Our team are highly trained to support individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s, meaning your loved one is in safe hands with us.
Everyone working at a day centre have undertaken dementia levels 1 and 2 and active support training and some of the team have further qualifications including Level 6 Caring for people with dementia.
All our activities are tailored to ensure all customers can join in by working towards their support plan which is regularly reviewed and updated. We use a variety of techniques in support of this which may include shortened sessions, prompting, visual aids and a variety of different equipment.
