Space to Gather Online is a free online group for family carers caring for a young person or adult with a learning disability, which may include autism and other disabilities too.
One month we meet on the second Thursday evening, and the following month we meet on the second Sunday.
Grab a cuppa and join us for a chat & catch up. Each month we may have new information that we will share, or you can share your lived experience (if you wish) with other family carers who care for someone with a learning disability which may include autism.
If you would like to know more about a specific topic or would like to know more about something in particular, do email us and we can theme the monthly catch ups.
Dates of weekday evenings: Thursdays- 12th March, 14th May, 9th July, 10th September, 12th November.
Dates of weekend meetings on Sundays: 12th April, 14th June, 9th August, 11th October, 13th December.

We are a network of families caring for a family member with a learning disability which may include autism too. We work to ensure the lived experiences and voices of our families informs and influences the future landscape and opportunities for people with a learning disability and autism and their families in Essex. We work to support our families to have the tools they need to feel strong, resilient and empowered in order for them to advocate for their family.
