Essex Carers Network Carers Wellbeing Café – at Central Baptist Church, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1LN.
Join us for a relaxed, café‑style space designed especially for families caring for a family member with a learning disability.
Each session includes:
•     A welcoming opportunity for peer support – time to talk with other families and chat with the team
•     A quick, uplifting wellbeing activity you can try on the day
•     Refreshments tea, coffee biscuits and of course cake!
•     Guests from relevant organisations and services
•     Our information table with helpful resources and practical guidance
A friendly, supportive way for families to discover what we offer, focus on their wellbeing, and connect with others.

On alternate months to our Wellbeing Café we will have Bookable sessions with two of our team:
-Space to share experiences privately
-Tailored information and resources
-Support at key points such as transition or future planning
-Pre-booking helps us prepare the most relevant information for you.
Our bookable sessions will be held at the Central Baptist Church, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1LN.
We will be in Seminar Room 2. When you enter the church, seminar room 2 is directly in front, pass the reception desk.
