We are a team of sight, hearing and dual sensory specialists delivering services across Essex and beyond. Our aim is to ensure that people can access the correct information, advice and support at the right time, in the right place and in the right way.
We are passionate about supporting people to maintain independence and quality of life through our information and advice, rehabilitation, registration, and equipment provision. We work in close partnership with local and national voluntary organisations to ensure people in Essex get the best of us as a cohesive group.
Our Sighted Guide and Communicator Guide service supports people across East Anglia to access health appointments and through personal budgets to live the life they want.
We are also passionate about improving the accessibility of health and social care services and businesses on the high street, and to achieve this we created our Lived Experience Sensory Champion training, Charter Mark and new Sensory Action Alliance.
Full details of the support we offer and how to contact us can be found on our website.
