Dunmow & District Stroke Support Group
Description
At our meetings we major on exercises for about an hour then have a chat over a cup of tea and biscuits. Occasionally we arrange outings or get involved in activities in the community.
We usually manage 2 or 3 outings a year. We are pleased to welcome new members but all attendees must be able to toilet themselves or have a carer that stays with them.
Dunmow and District Stroke Support Group is a registered charity that was formed in 1995.
