That means every year we’re enabling hundreds of thousands of people to help out in their local communities up and down the country. Research shows that over 30% of these people wouldn’t have started volunteering without Do-it posting opportunities.
The majority of opportunities on Do-it come from local Volunteer Centres in England. These organisations have been provided with hardware, software and training so that they can upload their vacancies onto the do-it database. In addition, some national organisations post their opportunities directly on to Do-it.
