Chelmsford ADHD Support Group is run by local members of ADHD+ Support.
We meet every 2nd Tuesday of each Month (except August & December). All Welcome! Doors open at 6:45pm for hot drink and social chat prior to meeting. We finish at 9:00pm and out of premises by 9:30pm.
Our general meetings are ideal for ADHD’ers (Teens and Adults), parents, education staff and anyone interested to know more about ADHD.
Local free street parking after 6:30pm, low cost car parks near by and also easy access from Chelmsford train station and bus station.
