Blackwater Barracudas Swimming for the Disabled meets at the Blackwater Leisure Centre in Maldon on Friday mornings from 10.30am to 12 noon (term time) and 9.45am to 11am (school holidays) for general swimming and water aerobics. The sessions also benefit from a trained physiotherapist who can enter the water with the individual offering 1 to 1 support.
