Volunteer Caseworkers are the lifeblood of SSAFA, supporting serving personnel, veterans, and their families when they need financial, practical, and emotional assistance. Could you be their point of contact, listen without judgement, gather information, and assess their support needs?
You could carry out remote [online] or face-to-face meetings. You need access to transport, your own laptop and mobile phone to be able to carry out this role. Your reasonable expenses will be covered and you will be support by our East of England Regional Office team.
