NeuroNoir CIC is the Black neurodivergent community online and in-person that fosters a global community for Black women and LGBTQ+ people with cognitive disabilities to make friends, and build camaraderie, and solace through shared experience. The aim is to reduce alienation that many Black women and LGBTQ+ people experience due to disability, gender and racial discrimination. Many of our events are also open to all people with global majority ethnic heritage.
We currently hold social events in London, Essex and Manchester. In 2026, we will be build our community in North East Essex starting with Colchester, Braintree and Tendring.
